Matt started as an intern for Goldstein Advisors in 2017, transitioning to his full-time position as client service specialist in 2020. He works in tandem the firm’s financial professionals to assist clients, gather information for meetings, prepare paperwork, and perform a variety of other administrative duties. Regardless of the situation, Matt says, “I am always here to listen to our clients, understand their needs and provide them with the best service possible.”
Matt finds the world of finance fascinating and knows it’s a career where he will never stop learning. With endless possibilities and a multitude of paths forward, he is excited to make the most of his career in the industry. He especially appreciates the opportunity to network with other professionals and grow from their knowledge and experience.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, Matt received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, and is a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Alumni Association. With a strong work ethic and good sense of humor, Matt’s personal motto is, “You gotta risk it to win the biscuit.”
In addition to industry interests in the stock markets and investing, Matt also enjoys learning about real estate. Balancing work and free time, he enjoys golfing, attending sporting events, hunting, fishing, skiing, and rooting for the Packers, Bucks and Badgers. Matt’s favorite place to relax is Playas del Coco in Costa Rica, but more often you can find him skiing with friends in Colorado.
Matt is passionate about volunteering and is active with the Guarding Against Cancer – Cedar Valley Pheasant Hunt. In the first two years of his involvement they raised over $100,000 for child cancer research.
