Meet Lucas
Lucas joined Goldstein Advisors in 2025 to expand and elevate the firm’s tax service offerings. As Director of Tax, he leads Goldstein Advisors’ commitment to delivering a dependable, high‑quality tax preparation experience that strengthens existing client relationships and seamlessly connects clients’ financial advisory and tax needs. He provides comprehensive tax preparation and planning for individuals, businesses, and trusts & estates, serving as a trusted and indispensable resource for both clients and the firm’s planning team.
Lucas has spent the last 20 years working in both public and corporate accounting and brings a wealth of experience, a curious mind, and a passion for educating clients and helping them plan and solve problems. He graduated from UW Milwaukee’s School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration (double major in Accounting and English), a certificate in real estate, and a Master of Science in Taxation. Lucas also earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in Madison. He is a licensed CPA and attorney and has served as Chair of the WICPA Federal Taxation Committee since 2019, where he collaborates with and learns from tax professionals around the state.
Lucas walks a path of continuous growth and learning. He enjoys collecting, gardening, cooking, music & concerts, movies, reading, traveling, solving puzzles, watching the Brewers, and spending time with his family. Lucas lives in the Milwaukee area with his birds Pliers, Mothra & Millie and his cat Timmy. He is a budding numismatist, painter, and curator.
